MERGE is the middle school student ministry of GodWhy.com.  We exist to bring middle school students together to develop their relationship with God and with each other; relationships that challenge and motivate them to live their faith OUT LOUD and OUTSIDE the building of our church.

Our goals are to help students discover an exciting faith of their own, engage in a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ, and feel free to be themselves.  

Being 12-14 is often a time of tremendous amounts of uncertainty and life change, and our greatest desire is to love, inspire, encourage, and equip students during this important time in life.

JULY EVENTS happening in merge!
 
Middle of the Road Cafe
we will be offering a coffee cafe every wed night, we will have hot, cold, and iced flavored coffee's , baked goods, fresh fruit and more. the cafe time is from 6-7pm.
 
Nashville Shores
July 10th we will be going to nashville shores we will meet at the church at 10 am and leave by 10:15.cost is $15.00 and we ask that you bring a towel, sun block, sack lunch and drinks. we will return to the church at 4pm. seats are limited to sign up today in the merge room! 
 
Bake Sale
July 11th merge will hold a bake sale before first service and in between praise and worship and second service. We will offer pastries,fresh fruit cups, breakfast snacks, and much more.
 
Family Movie Night
every third sat merge will host a family movie night outside on the church lawn, this event will start on july 17th.this months movie series will be the karate kid movies 1-4, with special performances and demo's by from REAL martial artists. doors will open at 7:15, we will have concessions available. the demo's will be from 8 to 8:30, and movies will start at 8:30. we will also have a raffle before the movie starts for a gift basket valued($40 to $250). Tickets for the raffle are available in merge room on wed and sundays, or can be purchased at the merge cafe on wed nights between 6 and 7 pm.
 
Meet and Greet
sunday july 25th at 12:30 immediately following second service we will be hosting a meet and greet for parents of new 6th graders and students in 7th and 8th grade to meet with Pastor Mark Lancaster and all merge volunteers . we will be talking with parents about scheduled events, fundraisers, field trips, and the new lessons planned for the children. Please come and be apart of the vision 2010 that we have for the remainder of this year.
