LIFEGROUPS

Life Groups are groups of people who meet regularly in order to develop friendships,
learn, grow, serve, have fun, or all of the above.  Life Groups meet in homes,
coffee shops, parks, libraries, or wherever there’s room!  And, they’re the best
place to meet people and be known at GodWhy.com.  Get connected and
explore what it means to follow God together.

Why so many choices?  We love freedom and empowering others, so our life groups are designed to help you use your gifts, talents, interests, and areas of expertise to start a group and pour into all those around you.  We are opening our resources to allow you to be creative. 

Why semesters?  Life is crazy and busy.  We believe allowing people the freedom to attend groups that they are interested in and the freedom to come and go from those groups is vital for the growth of our community.  A semester system provides those opportunities.  Even with this structure in place we think you will find that most groups want to stay together, grow, and develop.

Characteristics of Life Groups

• The group should meet either weekly or bi-weekly during the semester.
• The group meeting needs to include one or more of the following: Bible study, prayer, worship, service projects, or testimony.
• All group members are highly encouraged to invite people who are from outside GodWhy.com to group meetings, as outreach is also a major goal of our Life Groups.
